Shipping and Returns Policy Shipping: Orders usually ship within 5 - 10 business days from Denver, Colorado for most items unless otherwise noted. Accessories usually ship within 2 - 3 business days. During our busy Spring Season garment orders may take longer due to volume. Need it in a hurry? Please contact Deborah directly toll free at 1-866-457-2230 or e-mail directly to deborah@deborahanne.com for availability. We ship via UPS or USPS. The rates will be added to the order total. Returns: If you need to return an item, call us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (required), tell us the reason for the return, mail it to us, either by UPS or the US Postal Service (insured). Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns are accepted as long as all original tags are still attached and original packaging is intact. We will process your return right away and credit your account, or a refund or exchange will be at your door. We will not credit shipping costs.
